Clint Capstin, Principal Owner

Clint has been in the luxury construction for over 20 years. Attended University of Houston and holds his CMB and CPM in Construction Management. Clint has instilled a philosophy of giving each and every home built the upmost in quality construction, superior design, and attention to detail. Building in Houston and The Woodlands most sought-after areas such as Carlton Woods, River Oaks, Memorial, Montrose District, Upper Kirby, West University and other surrounding Inner Loop discerning areas, after 20 plus years of building, Clint's experience, reputation, and quality stands parallel.

Clints background focuses on luxury residential speculative and custom builds of the highest quality. Although we have over two decades of experience, our focus is building, and it’s what we’re best at – that & collaborating with the most talented of our architectural and interior design peers. John O'Leary, Operations Manager

John has been with CLH for the past 3 years and is a valued member of the team. He has a degree in Business Management from the University of Houston and has a knack for delivering projects on time and on budget. He is all about the details and loves adding those unique and special touches that bring a project together and delivers a finished project that our homeowners will love for years to come. He comes to CLH after an extensive career as an executive in the restaurant industry, an industry where success is defined by the ability to have and execute a high attention to detail and a high-quality finished product.

John worked with Pappas Restaurants and their associated restaurant brands for many years, leading multiple departments, large teams and has extensive project management experience. This experience translates well to managing the construction process associated with a custom home. John has great attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and has a true passion for helping our clients build their dream home.
